1. Digital Products - Our Core Policy
Due to the immediate and non-tangible nature of digital products, all sales of digital downloads are final and non-refundable.
This includes: PDF copies of the comic books, quick-reference guides, puzzle packs, and any other digital content.
Why? Once a digital product is downloaded, it cannot be "returned." This is a standard practice for digital goods to prevent abuse.
2. Exceptions - We're Here to Help
We understand that sometimes things go wrong. We will gladly issue a refund in these specific situations:
Technical Issues: If you are unable to download the product or the file is corrupted, and our support team cannot resolve the issue for you.
Duplicate Purchase: If you accidentally purchased the same product twice.
